1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using HustleKit (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Content Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. HustleKit is a service based in Hungary (“we”, “us”).

2. Who can use HustleKit

You must be at least 16 years old to use HustleKit. HustleKit is currently in a closed, invite-only beta, which means access is limited and provided at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.

3. What HustleKit is

HustleKit is a platform of AI-powered tools for side hustles, including video clipping, short-form video generation, website creation, lead generation, product research, and an AI assistant. Because HustleKit is in beta, the Service may change, break, or be unavailable at times, and features may be added or removed without notice.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Account sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.

5. Acceptable use

When using HustleKit, you agree that you will not:

• use the Service for anything illegal or to break any law;
• upload, process, generate, or publish content that you do not have the right to use — including videos, YouTube content, images, logos, brand names, or text that belongs to someone else;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• generate, upload, or publish content that is hateful or discriminatory, or that promotes or incites violence or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
• create, upload, or publish content that sexually exploits or endangers children in any way — we have zero tolerance for this and will report it to the relevant authorities;
• create or publish content that is violent or graphic, that harasses, bullies, or defames others, or that threatens anyone;
• use HustleKit to build websites or content for fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or to impersonate a person, business, or organisation you are not authorised to represent;
• create or publish content that promotes illegal goods or services, such as illegal drugs or weapons;
• use our lead-generation tools to send spam or to contact people in ways that break anti-spam or data-protection laws (such as the GDPR);
• attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell or otherwise misuse the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any content — including third-party videos and YouTube links you submit — is lawful and that you have the necessary rights and permissions. Our Content Policy describes in more detail what is and is not allowed, and how we handle reports and takedowns.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to HustleKit (“Your Content”). By submitting it, you give us permission to store, process, and share it with the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy, only as far as needed to provide the Service to you and to generate your results.

7. Websites you create and publish

HustleKit lets you generate websites and publish them to your own connected hosting account (for example, your own Cloudflare account). When you publish a website:

• you are the author, publisher, and host of that website, and you are solely responsible for everything on it, including all text, images, business names, links, and any data collected through it;
• HustleKit provides the tools that help you build the site, but we do not control, monitor, pre-approve, or endorse the content you choose to publish;
• you confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content you include, and that the website complies with our Content Policy and all applicable laws;
• you are responsible for the websites you publish even after you stop using HustleKit, for as long as they remain online.

We may, at our discretion, refuse to generate, disable, unpublish, or remove any website or content that breaches these Terms, our Content Policy, or the law — with or without prior notice, including in response to a report or a legal request.

8. AI-generated content

HustleKit uses artificial intelligence to generate results such as clips, videos, websites, and research data. You should be aware that:

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading, and it may not be unique to you;
• you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before you use or publish it;
• we do not guarantee that AI output is free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose;
• lead and research data may be incomplete or out of date — it is your responsibility to verify it and to use it lawfully.

9. Reporting abuse and takedowns

If you believe a website created with HustleKit, or any other content on the Service, breaks the law or our Content Policy, you can report it to us at abuse@hustlekit.net or through the report link shown on the site. Please include the web address and a short description of the problem so we can act on it.

We operate a notice-and-action process: we review the reports we receive and, where content breaches the law or our Content Policy, we may remove or disable it and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate the responsible account. Where we take action against your content, we will normally tell you the reason and, where the law requires it, give you a way to appeal. Our Content Policy explains this process in more detail.

10. No income or earnings guarantee

HustleKit provides tools to help with side hustles, but we do not promise or guarantee that you will make any money, gain customers, or achieve any particular result. Any earnings depend entirely on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances.

11. Payments

HustleKit is currently free to use during its beta period. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will tell you the prices and terms in advance, and you will not be charged without your agreement.

12. Our intellectual property

HustleKit — including its name, logo, design, software, and content (other than Your Content) — belongs to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or reuse it without our permission.

13. Third-party services

HustleKit relies on third-party services (such as Clerk, Vercel, Google, and others). We are not responsible for those services’ own actions, availability, or terms.

14. The Service is provided “as is”

Because HustleKit is in beta and provided free of charge, it is offered “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or lost business arising from your use of HustleKit, or from any website or content you create, publish, or host using the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Ending your use

You may stop using HustleKit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, our Content Policy, or the law, or otherwise misuse the Service.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use HustleKit after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Hungary, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
