Content Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
This Content Policy explains what you may and may not create, publish, or host using HustleKit — especially the websites you generate and publish. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If you want to report content, email abuse@hustlekit.net.
1. You are responsible for what you publish
HustleKit gives you tools to build websites and other content, but you decide what goes on them. When you publish a website, it is deployed to your own connected hosting account, and you are the author, publisher, and host of that site. HustleKit does not control, monitor, or endorse what you publish, and you are solely responsible for making sure it is lawful and follows this policy.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use HustleKit to create, upload, generate, publish, or host content that:
- is illegal or promotes, facilitates, or instructs others in illegal activity under Hungarian, EU, or other applicable law;
- is hateful or discriminatory — content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic, including racist, antisemitic, or extremist material;
- sexually exploits or endangers children in any form. We have zero tolerance, we will remove it immediately, and we will report it to law enforcement and relevant child-safety organisations;
- is adult sexual content, pornography, or escort or sexual-services content;
- is violent, graphic, or harmful — including content that glorifies violence or self-harm, or that promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or defames any person or organisation;
- is fraudulent or deceptive — scams, phishing, fake shops, fake reviews, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or sites designed to mislead people about who is behind them;
- impersonatesa person, business, or brand you are not authorised to represent, or uses someone else’s name, logo, or trademark without permission;
- infringes intellectual property — copyrighted images, text, music, or video, or trademarks you do not have the right to use;
- distributes malware or contains code intended to harm, track, or deceive visitors;
- sells or promotes regulated or dangerous goods unlawfully — such as illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit products;
- violates privacy or data-protection law, including publishing other people’s personal data without a lawful basis, or collecting visitor data without proper notice and consent.
3. Sites that collect visitor information
If a website you publish collects information from visitors (for example, through a contact, booking, or order form), you are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for telling visitors how their data is used, for having a lawful basis to collect it, and for complying with the GDPR and other applicable laws.
4. Reporting content
Anyone — whether or not they use HustleKit — can report content they believe breaks the law or this policy. To make a report, email abuse@hustlekit.net or use the report link shown on the relevant site. To help us act quickly, please include:
- the web address (URL) of the content;
- a description of the problem and why you believe it breaks the law or this policy;
- your contact details, so we can follow up if we need more information.
Reports about content that sexually exploits children, or that poses an immediate risk to someone’s safety, are treated as the highest priority.
5. How we handle reports (notice and action)
We operate a notice-and-action process. When we receive a report, or otherwise become aware of content that may break the law or this policy, we will:
- review the content as soon as reasonably possible;
- where it breaches the law or this policy, remove or disable access to it, and where appropriate take down the website, suspend the account, or both;
- act faster where content is clearly illegal or poses a risk to safety;
- keep a record of reports and the actions we take, so we can respond properly and meet our legal obligations.
6. Enforcement
Depending on how serious or repeated a breach is, we may take one or more of the following steps: issue a warning, remove or disable specific content, unpublish or take down a website, restrict features, or suspend or permanently terminate an account. Accounts that repeatedly or seriously break this policy may be removed without further warning.
7. Notice of action and appeals
If we take action against content or an account you control, we will normally tell you what we did and why. If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by emailing abuse@hustlekit.net within a reasonable time, explaining why the content does not break this policy. We will review genuine appeals and restore content where we agree it was removed in error. We may decline to act on appeals about content that is clearly illegal.
8. Legal requests and authorities
We may remove content and share information with law enforcement or other authorities where we are legally required to do so, or where we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with the law, respond to a valid legal request, or protect the safety of people or the public.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Content Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use HustleKit after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
