Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains, in plain language, how paying for HustleKit works — how to cancel, and when refunds do and don’t apply. It is a summary of Sections 11 and 12 of our Terms & Conditions, which are the binding version. If anything is unclear, email hello@hustlekit.net.
How billing works
- HustleKit has a free plan and paid monthly plans (currently Starter, Pro, and Business). You can also buy one-time top-ups of tokens or client searches. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
- Payments are handled manually through PayPal. After you pay, you tell us who you are (for example, by sending your account ID in our Discord) and we activate your plan or add your top-up — usually within a few hours.
- Nothing renews automatically. We do not store your card and we never charge you on our own. To keep a paid plan going, you send the payment again for the next period.
How to cancel
There is nothing to cancel and no card to remove — simply don’t send the next payment. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan. Any unused tokens stay in your wallet subject to your plan’s rollover cap.
Refunds
- Plans and top-ups are generally non-refundableexcept where the law requires it. Once tokens or searches are added to your account, they count as digital content delivered to you and are not refundable — including any part you haven’t used yet.
- EU consumers:you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because our plans and top-ups are digital content and services we make available to you immediately, you ask us to start right away and you lose that withdrawal right once we activate your plan or add your tokens. Where the right still applies (for example, if we haven’t activated anything yet), email hello@hustlekit.net within 14 days.
- If something we charged you for didn’t work— for example, a paid feature is faulty or not as described — contact us and we’ll put it right. That may include a refund. This never takes away the rights you have under consumer-protection law.
- If we end your access for a reason that isn’t your fault and you have paid for time you can no longer use, we’ll refund the unused part of that period.
